Providing quality employment outcomes for individuals and businesses.

Disability Employment Services

Interact Australia works with individuals and businesses to create futures.

In partnership with CoAct, we are a leading not-for-profit Disability Employment Service (DES) provider, dedicated to creating positive change for people living with a disability, their employers and their communities.

With 20 years’ of employment experience, we have seen first-hand the social, cultural and economic benefits of embracing and creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.

More than just a recruitment company, we offer end-to-end workforce solutions including job placement, skills training and career coaching to ensure and support the success and growth of both the employee and employer.

Our Australian-wide network means that we have on-the-ground local knowledge, experience, resources, infrastructure and capabilities to support and deliver successful outcomes that support the specific needs of each employee and employer.

Find more information about DES on the Government’s Job Access website.

How we work

The Interact Australia approach is person-centred and strengths-based, to develop and match the right participants to employment opportunities.

This personalised hands-on approach is what sets us apart from our competitors. It allows us to develop flexible and tailored employment opportunities, assist with role development, and deliver individualised and responsive support.

A 52 week in-work support plan is designed in consultation with each employee and employer, including face-to-face visits, onsite mentoring and regular phone/email support.

Our genuine care for the wellbeing of our customers and communities, and a commitment to serve and support means our team will go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes.
